Constitution Hill We at Sydney Patios recently had the pleasure of completing a job in Constitution Hill. The project involved constructing an insulated patio at the back of the home, adding an aluminium pergola with Woodgrain timber-look battens, and installing a custom-made seat using composite deck materials.
As part of the project, we installed Versiclad Spacemaker Insulated Roofing. This roofing solution provides superior thermal efficiency, ensuring the patio stays comfortable all year round. The Spacemaker roof not only offers excellent insulation but also carries an impressive long unsupported span, making it perfect for large outdoor areas without additional beams or supports.
We supplemented the Spacemaker roof with the Versiclad Versalink 1000 system, finished in Luxline Golden Oak. Versalink 1000 provides an aesthetic boost with its premium finish, offering the elegance of wood without the maintenance hassles.
Engineered T6 aluminium beams and SHS150 Aluminium Posts supported the patio structure. These materials are known for their strength and durability, capable of withstanding harsh weather conditions. Their sleek design also added to the overall contemporary appeal of the patio.
For the pergola, we utilised Woodgrain aluminium beams, which offered the aesthetic appeal of natural timber while providing the robustness of aluminium. We also installed a Metroll Fascia Gutter for efficient rainwater management, maintaining the longevity and integrity of the patio and its surroundings.
We installed LED downlights to enhance the ambience and usability of the space during the evening. These energy-efficient lights illuminate the patio beautifully and contribute to energy savings.
An aluminium pergola with Woodgrain timber look battens gave the patio a natural and welcoming feel. The pergola and aluminium rafters and posts contributed to the perfect blend of contemporary design and natural elements.
