Glenfield We welcome you to explore an inspiring project executed by Sydney Patios in the beautiful suburb of Glenfield. This specific project centres around the installation of a Solarspan 75mm Insulated Patio – a testament to our commitment to crafting outstanding outdoor living spaces. Situated in the heart of Glenfield, this project revolves around elevating a home’s exterior space with a practical yet elegant solution. Utilising Solarspan 75mm Insulated Roofing, we designed an attached patio that manages Australia’s extreme climate, while preserving an inviting atmosphere.
Each aspect of this project was chosen with a focus on durability, visual appeal, and performance. Our sturdy SHS150 Aluminium Posts offer a reliable base, augmented by Engineered T6 aluminium beams for superior strength. To effectively deal with rainfall, we installed custom 200mm gutters and a Stratco Coloured PVC downpipe – simultaneously enhancing the overall aesthetic of the structure.
A welcoming ambience was created by incorporating decorative post lights and down lights into the patio’s ceiling. These lights bestow a warm, soft glow to the patio area, making evenings under the insulated patio a delightful experience. The overall colour scheme chosen was Woodland Grey, tying the new structure into the existing colours of the home.
To fulfil our client’s request, we also incorporated Zipscreen Outdoor Blinds into the design. These versatile blinds are perfect for managing sunlight and air circulation, and offer an additional level of privacy and protection against the elements.
Ensuring privacy and protection was a breeze with the addition of a full insulated wall on one side of the patio. The Versiclad Panelink insulated wall panel provided effective insulation with a visually pleasing finish, adding to the patio’s overall aesthetic appeal.
