This Edensor Park home has been magnificently transformed with the addition of a full-glass sunroom that encapsulates modern living. Featuring high-quality Carinya Classic Sliding Windows and McArthur EVO Sliding Doors from Alspec, the sunroom offers expansive views and abundant natural light. The use of stainless steel 316 mesh for fly screens ensures durability and provides protection without compromising on style.
Understanding that each home has its distinct style and requirements, we incorporated Panelink Luxline panels from Versiclad on one side of the sunroom. This not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also adds an extra layer of insulation, making the space usable in all seasons.
The gable design roof, outfitted with Stratco Cooldek Classic insulated roofing, is a highlight of this installation. This roofing system is not just about good looks; it’s engineered to reduce heat transfer, keeping the interior comfortably cool in summer and warm in winter. Our structural grade T6 aluminium beams provide a sturdy framework that complements the home’s architecture.
To address the practical aspects of construction, a custom 200mm box gutter was installed to seamlessly manage water flow from both the existing house roof and the new gable roof. A 200mm triangular gutter on the exterior ensures that all water is effectively channeled away, safeguarding the structure and foundation of your home.
No modern sunroom is complete without the right ambiance. We installed strategically placed downlights and fans to enhance the comfort and functionality of the space. External decorated spotlights were added to elevate the exterior aesthetics, making the sunroom a standout feature of the home day and night.
The choice of Woodland Grey for the structure and Surfmist for the ceiling provides a striking contrast that is both contemporary and timeless. This colour scheme was selected to complement the home’s existing style while adding a touch of sophistication.
